By using TabletPC software and printware, we can update our systems with the essential details about a property immediately, while out conducting the appraisal.
Electronic document management
To simplify and improve the process of handling quotes, contracts and invoices, they are immediately scanned into the system on receipt, and stored electronically. Therefore all processes (entering details about invoices, approvals, consultations via BrollietOnLine IT platform, information management etc.) can be dealt with digitally. Furthermore, a project is currently in progress to create digital versions of the floor plans of all the properties that we manage.
